Eight-week fluorescent labelling with no transfection – is it possible?

Cellaris™ is an ultra-bright, stable and biocompatible fluorescent nanoparticle designed for long-term tracking of living cells both in vitro and in vivo. It is engineered to remain within target cells with zero crosstalk and enable precise and reliable tracking across up to 10 cell generations in vitro and more than 21 days in vivo, with reports extending to 8 weeks.

What sets Cellaris™ apart is its resistance to photobleaching. Even under full-power continuous laser irradiation, there is no signal loss for up to 33 minutes.

Cellaris™ is available in multiple emission spectra, including NIR-I and NIR-II for deep-tissue imaging. Explore applications ranging from 3D organoid imaging to in vivo stem cell tracking in our product overview.
