Two-photon Characterization of Luminicell Nanoparticles

Two-photon Characterization of Luminicell Nanoparticles

We're happy to share a deeper look into the optical performance of Luminicell fluorescent probes, specifically their two-photon excitation profiles, which are essential for advanced imaging applications in deep-tissue and live-cell studies.

Two-photon microscopy enables high-resolution imaging several hundred micrometers deep within tissue, using NIR excitation that minimizes photodamage and enables long-term observation. This technique is widely used for 𝘪𝘯 𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘰 studies where maintaining tissue integrity and physiological conditions is essential.

Whether you're working in confocal, widefield or multiphoton microscopy, Luminicell probes gives you the flexibility to image deeper, longer and with more clarity.

Data generated in collaboration with Resource for Multiphoton Characterization of Fluorescent Probes at Montana State University (Bozeman, MT) supported by NIH/NINDS grant U24NS107109.
