Luminicell Tracker™ 540 - Cell Labelling Kit (Green)


Luminicell Tracker™ are highly emissive fluorescent organic nanoparticles, built for rapid labelling of live cells with great biocompatibility. They can be readily taken up by various types of cells within 1 hour. Once taken up by cells, they show intense luminescence with high photo-stability and possess durable signal for many cell generations with negligible cell toxicity.

Our cell labelling kit offers 3X longer tracking duration and 10X brighter in fluorescence signal as compared to competitive products. The labelled cells can be monitored using a variety of fluorescence techniques such as confocal microscopy, multi-photon microscopy and flow cytometry.

Luminicell Tracker™ 540 - Cell Labelling Kit contain green fluorescent AIEDot nanoparticles with TAT peptide sequences. These nanoparticles can be used to tag cells for long term fluorescence cell experiments.

Each labelling kit allows up to 100 staining experiments.

Biocompatible organic fluorescent nanoparticles (AIEDots) that can be used to label cells for long term cell tracking and cell tracing in vitro and in vivo experiments.

Upon labeling, the long-lasting nature of Luminicell Tracker allows a wide variety of cell tracking applications both in vitro and in small animal models.

Cell differentiation, cell mobility, cell-cell interaction, etc. can be well studied with Luminicell Tracker™. These nanoparticles have excellent cell retention and are not known to disrupt normal cell functions.

Luminicell Tracker labeled cells can be monitored using a variety of fluorescence techniques such as confocal microscopy and flow cytometry.

Storage and Stability

Store at -2-8°C upon receipt. Do not freeze product.
Thaw at room temperature or in a water bath before use. 
Note: Some particulates may form as a result of nanoparticle aggregation during shipping. To get particulates back in solution, sonicate the vial containing Luminicell Tracker™ three times for 1 min each before use.
